Description:
IRF520 MOSFET controller: This module allows you to control, through Arduino, devices that require an operating voltage of up to 24 volts and currents of a maximum of 5 amps.
It is capable of operating loads such as: DC motors, DC solenoid valves, Peltier cells up to 5A, high power LED lights, among others.
This module is very easy to use. First, you connect the power of the device you want to control to the (VIN) and (GND) terminals. Then, you connect the device to be controlled to the (V+) and (V-) terminals.
When the value of the (SIG) pin is a “HIGH” state, the indicator LED lights up, and the (GND) pin is connected to the (V-) terminal. When the value of the (SIG) pin is “LOW”, the LED will turn off and the (GND) pin will be disconnected from the (V-) terminal. The (V+) and (VIN) terminals are connected continuously all the time.
